I first asked Shal to help me with a nutrition plan and I loved it! It was easy to follow, I wasn’t hungry or feeling like I was missing out. Then I asked for a fitness plan. Sadly due to covid I haven’t been able to go through with it yet. I did do 2 weeks and really enjoyed it. Shal worked around my Pilates/yoga schedule and was always available to answer any question. He even sent me some extra exercises to build up to a push-up when I told him I couldn’t do them.
